Trained Biochemist turned Computer Programmer, I began my story at Vanderbilt University where I majored in Neuroscience. After graduation, I joined the High-Throughput Screening Core at the University of Pennsylvania as a research scientist. For four years I managed the Protein Expression program, contributing to Epigenetics & Microbiology research.

Ready to jump into the pharma industry, I joined the Bacterial Vaccines and Technology group at Pfizer (Pearl River, NY). Antigen production and characterization became my area of expertise. Two years later, and multiple projects accomplished, I realized that computational approaches to research would revolutionize drug development.
